To continue operating our programs and serve those who are most vulnerable, C@P relies on dedicated, well-trained staff.  And because our shelters never close, we are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each of our positions start at a competitive wage and paid time off starts accruing on the very first day of employment! C@P pays for full-time employee medical, dental, and vision coverage. 

Each of our employees receive ongoing training in trauma informed care, non-violent communication, Outward Mindset, and Diversity Equity & Inclusion to equip staff to serve those at our shelters in a safe and encouraging way.
