To continue operating our Micro Shelters and serve those who are most vulnerable, C@P relies on our reception, warming, shift lead, case management, and safety team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each of our positions start at a competitive wage and paid time off starts accruing on the very first day employment! C@P pays for full time employee medical, dental, and vision coverage and full time employees can accrue and use up to six weeks of paid time off their first year! Each of our employees receive ongoing training in trauma informed care, non-violent communication, Outward Mindset, and Diversity Equity & Inclusion to equip staff to serve those at our shelters in a safe and encouraging way.
